Shyam Kamadolli

Although I consider Boston home, I have lived, studied and worked all over the map (literally). Currently I am the Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy for ownCloud one of several portfolio companies that I have worked with over my 8+ years of venture capital investing.

My experience spans several funds backed by Fidelity Investments (F-Prime Capital preceded by Fidelity Ventures in Boston and Eight Roads Capital in Europe and Asia) and independent funds like Kae Capital in India.

My interest in Venture Capital was sparked by a stint at RSA Security where I led deal making culminating in driving the acquisition of the leading name in Information Security by EMC Corp in 2006.

My investing and deal making career was preceded by nearly a decade of entrepreneurship and MBA degrees from both Columbia Business School and London Business School.
