After 20 years working in the human service industry, I made a mid-life career change by starting Ramblin Turtle, Inc.

I am passionate about merging the best of human services, education, and corporations. I consider this to be one of many avenues towards championing social justice. The path I've chosen for merging these three fields will take time to accomplish, while I am starting anew as a retail merchant. I am learning from trial and error.

I believe in compassionate consumerism: the responsibility of consumers to consider the full effects of their purchases, including holding businesses accountable for their practices and being mindful of both parties' (consumer and business) social impact resulting from commercial exchange.
