Chapter 1. Kansas City. I grew up to two loving parents surrounded by fantastic community and opportunity. I participated in as much as I could (math team, scholar bowl, football, wrestling, lacrosse, choir, a cappella) and bounced among social groups.

Chapter 2. Charlottesville. I graduated from UVA with a BS in Systems Engineering. I was in a fraternity and played rugby. I spent a semester at the University of Sussex in Brighton, England. I had a serious car accident and broke most everything on my left side. My thesis advisor (also department chair) offered me a position with his small engineering consulting company. I developed and deployed predictive analytics solutions for the Army - complete with two trips to Iraq. I learned how to swim and became interested in endurance athletics. I fell into the most amazing group of friends.

Chapter 3. Denver / on the road. Feeling anxious for a change, I left my comfortable life behind. This chapter is now unfolding. I have joined the Advanced Analytics group at Accenture. I live life on the road - looking for whatever motived the change, perhaps. I priortize friends and family.
