Renee Larsen, a professional who holds close to 12 solid years of Human Resources experience from US to Global Services and 5 years of combined EEO compliance experience is someone who enjoys sharing her experiences, professional knowledge, as well as helping others to advance professionally and stay well informed of legal updates. Starting off her career on the administrative side as an HR professional, Renee continued to handle responsibilities such as Payroll, HRIS, and International business with employee transfers, etc. and then advanced to an HR Generalist/EEO Officer capacity in the Commercial Construction Industry. Currently Renee Larsen holds the position as a Human Resources/EEO Compliance Manager for a specialized construction company. Renee Larsen’s goal is to continue to advance professionally in the Human Resources profession, while sharing her professional knowledge as a trusted resource to others in the Human Resources/Compliance Industry and educate employees, employers and organizations regarding EEO compliance and the importance of diversity in the workforce. Renee Larsen believes in working hard to achieve professional goals and sharing her knowledge and information with other resources to assist in keeping others educated and well informed.
