World

I am a journalist: I'm cynic, curious and in love with facts. I used to work in PR/comms/social media management and I'm an odd mix of high-tech and nostalgia: I love books, paper and people but I am just as well left to my own devices with my mac, spending countless hours online, gorging on not-always-useful information. So I collect bookshelves and bookmarks. I find there isn't enough time for all that needs to be seen, read, listen to and all the places that I want to go to - I have too many interests for my own good. If I absolutely needed to make a list it would something like this: writing, telling stories (with pictures, text, sound or even all combined), information, politics, tech, economics, travel, environment, photography, books, music, cinema, history and oh speaking, I hear - it is a particular order but not necessarily the one I would like. Also, although I manage social media for a living, I completely disregard my own presence. Which means I am bad at selling myself and that need a better picture for this. And a strategy.
