With a background in People & Culture leadership — most recently as Head of People & Culture at Impact Hub Berlin — I combine organizational strategy with participatory facilitation and human-centered process design.

My work integrates structure and depth. I design and facilitate participatory workshops and team processes, helping groups align around purpose, roles, and strategy. As an Art of Hosting practitioner, I work with methods that activate collective intelligence and shared ownership.

I also host Flow Game sessions for individuals, families, and teams, creating reflective spaces for clarity and decision-making during life and career transitions.

In parallel, I support small and growing organizations in professionalizing their People and Recruiting processes — particularly when scaling from early-stage teams to more complex structures.

Beyond organizational work, I am a certified Fastenleiterin, guiding structured fasting processes for individuals who wish to reset physically and reconnect with their inner clarity.
