Sophie Lewis

Hi, I'm Sophie! Thank you so much for following my blog! I am just a 17 year old girl from New York who is passionate about the fashion industry. I blog about my outfits, fashion inspiration, and events within the fashion community.

I am currently a senior in high school on Long Island and work part time as a lifeguard. My dream is to go to school for fashion journalism and pursue a career working for a fashion magazine.

I named my blog Scatter girl for a few reasons. Last fall, I took a magazine design class at the Fashion Institue of Technology in NYC and decided to name my magazine Scattered, because I think that fashion cannot be squeezed into one thing; it is scattered in many ways. I also think that I am scattered; my brain is constantly thinking of 100 different things at once and I am always doing something. I thought it would be a cute idea (with the suggestion of my dad) to name the blog Scatter Girl, and so I did, last November.

Some of my hobbies include swimming on my high schools varsity swim team, attending three school clubs (National Art Honors Society, French Club, and Deca Business Club), taking weekend classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology, working as a Lifeguard, and blogging, of course!
