For over three decades, I have had the privilege of working across healthcare, consumer care and pharmaceuticals, partnering with organisations at different stages of their journey - from established institutions to emerging startups.

My work has never been limited to improving businesses. I enjoy building institutions, developing people, simplifying complex challenges and creating systems that continue to deliver value long after the initial engagement is complete.

Over the years, I have worked with organisations including Apollo Hospitals, Dalmia Lifecare, Piramal Healthcare, Nayati Healthcare, Dabur and Ranbaxy, serving in leadership roles across strategy, operations, preventive healthcare, business transformation and growth. I also co-founded and successfully exited Abhay Ventures and Abhay Health.

Today, through KAS HealthTech, I work closely with hospitals, healthcare organisations, startups and promoters as a Strategic Advisor and Board Member, helping them strengthen governance, improve operational excellence, accelerate growth and thoughtfully integrate AI into healthcare delivery.

Beyond business, I remain deeply committed to mentoring entrepreneurs, healthcare professionals and young leaders. I have been fortunate to contribute through associations with AIM-MOC, NITI Aayog, CII, PHDCCI, MyGov.in, IIT Bombay, IMT Ghaziabad and several educational institutions as mentor, advisor and board member.

While strategy, governance and technology are important, I believe organisations are ultimately built by people. My approach therefore combines structured thinking with practical execution, always keeping people, purpose and long-term sustainability at the centre of every decision.

I believe in creating value through clarity rather than complexity.

My work continues to be guided by a few simple principles:
