Spiro Mandylor

Spiro Mandylor is an accomplished marketing, business development and social media professional. Having learned to code in BASIC and FORTRAN at age 13, he launched his first Bulletin Board System (BBS) while in middle school using a Commodore 64, a 1200 baud modem and his parents’ telephone line. That was in the late 1980s. Ten years later, he graduated from the University of Toronto with a double major in Kinesiology and Psychology and a Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He began working for a Toronto/Los Angeles based dotcom where he oversaw the design and implementation of their online store, web portal and fitness software. After a visit to San Francisco in 1999, it was evident that the dotcom boom was going to go bust. So he quickly moved into project and account management consulting. He worked for two prominent Canadian e-business solutions providers where he managed several accounts in the public and healthcare space. A brief hiatus from technology in 2002 led to an entrepreneurial venture in South America. As one third business partner, Mandylor designed and project managed the construction of a discotheque and event space in Antofagasta, Chile. After selling the venue, he returned to Canada then moved to London, England where he worked as a marketing manager for two different medical device companies. He helped to build their international market channels, marketing collateral, advertising, and website resulting in significant revenue growth for these companies. In late 2010, Mandylor founded It’s All Style To Me, a style and fashion blog that leveraged his marketing, project management and photography experience. He’s gone on to cover countless fashion shows and events in Toronto, New York and Miami. Revered for his photography and social media marketing, Mandylor was named an official Olympus Photography Visionary in 2012. He provided stock photography and input on product development for Olympus headquarters in the USA. Ford Motor Company selected him as one of the World's Top 150 Social Media Influencers of 2012, he has worked as a MasterCard Canada Stylicity Blogger for the past four seasons, as a style panelist for ‘Celebrity Style Story’ (E! Canada, TV Guide Network USA, MTV Italy, etc.) appearing in over 20 episodes. He has been featured in the Toronto Star, Global TV, View the Vibe, H&M, Fox News NYC, and may others.
