I am a Rochester, NY bred and Boston, MA based sports writer covering high school, college and Olympic sports. During the day, I manage social media, communications and technology in higher education.

I currently write part-time for the Boston Herald and freelance when time allows. My career highlights include covering the last three P&G U.S. Gymnastics Championships, the 2013 Women's Frozen Four, and the 2014 and 2015 U.S. Figure Skating Championships. I spent the summer of 2015 covering the Boston Lobsters of Mylan World Team Tennis.

Communications and technology wise, I helped develop one of the first social media strategies for a Senior Student Affairs Officer, managed crisis response on social media, and developed and managed tons of websites.

Fun previous jobs include teaching dance and tumbling to children, working as a florist and selling men's clothing at the height of the monochromatic shirt-tie fad.
