Shannon Richter is a member of Watt Company’s Board of Directors and serves as Chair of the Watt Family Council.

Shannon serves as a Trustee on the Minnetonka Public Schools Foundation Board. She also volunteers in the schools initiating and managing educational experiences throughout the district. Previously Shannon worked as a Food Scientist at The Pillsbury Company.

Shannon holds a Master of BusinessAdministration degree from the University of Minnesota, a Master of Food Sciencedegree from Kansas State University, a Bachelor of Science degree from DukeUniversity, and a certification in Project Management from theUniversity of Minnesota.
