It all boils down to this: I'm a new media obsessive with a burning passion to help creators increase awareness of their work, through an innovative and streamlined online presence.

I now have over a decade of experience working to promote artists, particularly musicians, and I'm driven to find the best new ways to do so, be they complex and detailed or, even better, beautifully simple. This is where my consultancy work through Above The Static comes in. 

I write a lot, as you'll see, should you choose to further explore the blog buttons below. I listen to more music than most consider healthy and I try to read as widely as possible. I'm happily married to my wonderful wife Jen and have our first to-be-born on the way in early 2012.
