Currently president and CEO of an innovation incubator in California's Silicon Valley, Stefano Curti has a long history of accomplishment in the consumer health and beauty industry. In 2013, he stepped down as global president of skin care for Johnson & Johnson (J&J). During his many years with the company, Stefano Curti developed and introduced a number of development strategies including the reformulation and reintroduction of the Johnson's Baby brand.

Stefano Curti also introduced a number of other highly successful Johnson & Johnson products, including Neutrogena Acne Stress Control and the Aveeno Eczema formulas. Also, he has served as a board member on the Personal Care Product Council, the national industry association, and secured such high-profile endorsing celebrities as Jennifer Garner and Jennifer Aniston. At the time of his departure from the company in 2013, Worldwide Chairman Jesse Wu released a statement of gratitude that noted Stefano's contributions also in earlier roles as general manager of the Neutrogena Corporation and president of the parent company's beauty care division. Stefano Curti is now focusing his efforts on the expansion of his current company into the health and wellness sector.
