Stéphane VIAL

Creative director, Lecturer, Researcher, Speaker

I am a creative director and I work in the Web industry in Paris, France. I lead my own company, LEKTUM, a design studio specializing in building online services for the worlds of art and culture, research and science, non-profit or public services.

Graduate as a philosopher, I am also a teacher and a researcher : I teach interactive media at Paris 1 Sorbonne University and I works as a design researcher at ACTE Institute (CNRS, Paris 1 Sorbonne University, Semiotics of Arts and Design).

I have published several books, including a Court traité du design ("Short Treatise on Design", French University Press "PUF", 2010), already translated into Swedish and Korean soon.

I live in Paris, France.
