Outside sales to recruit new business through networking (Chambers of Commerce, Work It Wednesday, Women’s Roundtable) and one on one meetings
On site network consulting - assess customers needs and provide custom computer and printers quotes to customers based on those needs
Work with Municipalities, Educational Institutions and other Governmental Agencies to complete bid applications
Attend Chamber of Commerce events with the Plymouth Chamber, Metro South Chamber, Canal Chamber, Cape Cod Chamber, New Bedford Chamber, Tri-Town Chamber and others to promote the company
Design and maintain company web site
Manage all social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Manta, Yelp, Angie’s List, etc.
Set up marketing campaigns and assist with newsletter content
Prepare proposals, quotes, purchase orders and other related documents to complete the sales process
Provide support to existing customers on new and existing products
Support Customer Service and Billing Office
Answer multi line phone, direct calls, schedule technicians for service calls, minimal tech support
Greet all walk-ins, enter information in tracking system, and provide status throughout repair process
Work with team to resolve all Customer Service issues
