I am passionate about designing experience that both inspire, empower, and excite people.

I started my career at Hootsuite, the tech darling of Canada and the world’s most widely used social media relationship platform. There, I helped create a number of foundational programs and in my last position, I was responsible for leading the global customer advocacy program and successfully grew its members by 879% in less than a year. The success of the program was quickly acknowledged by different media, companies, and it was awarded the Best Social Engagement by Influitive, just a year after it was relaunched.

In the past two years alone, I have collected a number of awards including: Community Manager Lifetime Achievement Award, Top 24 Under 24 and Top “Must Follow” Social Media Personality in Vancouver. I also spoke at TEDxKids@BC, featured as one of the SFU Public Square Innovators, and was recognized in the SFU Alumni Appreciation project.

I am passionate about giving back to the community and the academia and currently involved in the Dean’s Advisory Board for SIAT and have provided a number of 1-1 mentorships and involved in speaking engagements in 6 post-secondary institutions.

I recently moved to Bali to pursue my passion in brand and experience and currently working for Le Méridien Bali Jimbaran as the Chief Experience Officer.
