Stephen Labriola

Stephen LaBriola, a veteran former prosecutor, serves as a Partner at Fellows LaBriola, LLP, in Atlanta, Georgia. The attorney, who possesses years of litigation experience, served as Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association's Litigation Section. In addition, Stephen LaBriola is a Master with the Lamar Inn of Court, a litigation organization affiliated with Emory University School of Law. He is a recipient of the Top 100 Georgia Super Lawyers Award, and has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in the United States. He serves on the Board of Editors of The White Collar Crime Reporter.

Prior to serving as Partner at Fellows LaBriola, Mr. LaBriola worked at a large Atlanta firm, Hurt, Richardson, Garner, Todd & Cadenhead. In that role, Mr. LaBriola handled large insurance coverage and business litigation. Before moving to Atlanta, he served as a Deputy District Attorney in Denver, Colorado. Earlier in his career, Mr. LaBriola served as a Law Clerk on the Colorado Supreme Court. During that time he drafted memoranda and opinions first for Justice William Neighbors and then for Justice Anthony Vollack.

Stephen LaBriola earned a Juris Doctor from the New York University (NYU) School of Law. Prior to that, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts in History. While an undergraduate, LaBriola received the Chancellor's Recognition Award for his 4.0 grade point average during each grading period.

When he is not working on litigation issues, Stephen LaBriola enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He also likes to play golf and read. The attorney's charitable activities include service with the First United Methodist Church of Griffin.
