Stephen Clayton Stonestreet

Stephen Clayton Stonestreet is the founder/owner of Stonestreet Films, a film company currently residing in Charleston, WV. He is passionate about capturing images that tell the story of humanity; Through promotion, short & documentary film, he captures a life as it evolves, a cause as it serves, art as it forms, love as it thrives, & stories as they develop. 

He is an entrepreneur at heart, claiming to have gotten this gift from his grandfather, Denzil Stonestreet, who started a total of twenty-seven successful small businesses since 1952. He is constantly pondering future projects; thinking about new business ideas & looking forward to the steps to come. 

Stephen is also very zealous about the mission of Jesus: love. He trusts in the undying love of God for all people & all creation; that Our Fathers love goes way beyond the grave. As a hobby, he loves to study Greek & Hebrew roots, Biblical culture & history, & other books on Christianity.

With all of this, Stephen's greatest passion is in humanitarian and missions work; being a beacon of hope and a loving hand to the most insignificant citizens of this world - the poor, orphan & widow, street child & slave... He believes this is the call of Christ for His followers-to share the good news of Christ's grace & love for all through action, word, and deed, bringing the Kingdom of God to earth, renewing our land & bringing healing to the nations. 

Stephen also goes by the surname, Derin Sular, as a singer/songwriter and musician, creating and recording folk/accepella songs, with five part harmony. More info at the link below.

Stephen loves a good southern style sweet tea, Sunergos Coffee (Lousiville, KY), back porch swings, times of stillness on chilly days next to a fire, & community dinners & gatherings. He's also interested in green housing & energy initiatives. He is very close with his parents and three siblings (Andrew, Lauren and Caitlin). They are inseparable at heart.
