My name is Steve Olson, I am a native to the valley of the sun and I have a HUGE passion for Real Estate. Not only the consumer side by especially the business side. I believe today’s real estate climate is changing by the month.

I am a REALTOR in AZ that focuses on selling homes to buyers that realize income through real estate while adding value to the properties. I am also a Strategic Business Coach with Tom Ferry.

It is changing in regards to how consumers do business with us, it is changing they we do business with our brokers. I believe real estate agents and brokers can fund any life they choose by simply tweeking the way they do business by putting the consumer first.

Sounds simple but in an age of social media, the online, paperless agent and keeping up with the current real estate cycles, the customer experience has eroded in many ways we didn’t intend for it to. Having been through a few different real estate models and transacted virtually every type of real estate, I have developed a passion for this industry. I want to make sure every REALTOR I come in contact with is better off when we are through.

I am currently a Tom Ferry-YourCoach Elite Coach and Speaker. I coach and strategize with REALTORS, Title Companies, and Mortgage Professionals all over the country on how to build and sustain their business by design.
