Steve Boland specializes in nonprofit technology implementation and operations, with a special place in his heart for open-source products. Steve is a contributing writer for Nonprofit Quarterly, and has served as executive director of three nonprofit organizations in his career. Steve was the founding manager of the eBusiness Institute at Minnesota Technology, and continues to advocate for internet-based business solutions.

Steve is a frequent speaker at conferences, including two TEDx presentations. His alter ego is Pride, the bleeding-edge adopter half of the tech-blog Pride & Prejudice (http://prideprejudicetech.com).

A graduate of the University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Steve holds a Master of Nonprofit Management from Hamline University, is an alumnus of the Shannon Leadership Institute, and serves on the Board of Directors for Outfront Minnesota and Community Neighborhood Housing Services.
