I am a Maser of Cerimony, and Speaker, and have spoken over most of the Western United States, on the learning systems I teach, and topics such as, Organ & Tissue Awareness, "Building Your 30 Second Commercial", and Creating the Better Relationship" I am passionate about my topics since they have given me so much knowledge, and wisdom. Along with the Learning Systems from John Maxwell, I offer world class training in Leadership Development. It's not only ME but my TEAM I work with and have assembled that makes it World Class.

Not only am I Certifeid and Trained by John Maxwell, I also have training in Landmark Education, and Dale Carnegie.

I am also an adventure junkie, a Colorado State Certified High School Football and Basketball referee, and College Basketball referee. Among many of my activities, I love to Hike, Mt.Bike, Ultra Light Backpack, and White Water Raft most, but I will do most anything outside. Watching my children grow up has been one of the best experiences of my life, and seeing them grow and develop is awesome.

In addition to being a referee, Volunteering is another passion of mine, having a personal experience with Organ transplantation, you can often find me helping my local Heart, & Liver Foundations to raise awareness.
