Hello, I call myself a digital tinker because my work gets me under the hood of web apps to learn how their code works and figure out ways to make them better. I design new processes and systems, configure and customize existing ones, and develop training materials which I use to conduct classroom instruction sessions for end-users and managers.

I also help companies reduce operational costs by transforming inefficient manual business practices into automated processes.
