I am an experienced teacher of Chemistry, ICT, Computer Science and Electronics to A Level, with experience of teaching IB Chemistry to Higher and Standard levels.

Previously, as an Assistant Headteacher at an outstanding Academy in the UK, I was responsible for developing effective and quality assured practice in Teaching and Learning through Rosenshine’s Principles of Instruction, successful curriculum design, and share good practice in using technology effectively in the classroom to enable better student outcomes and to improve workload balance for my colleagues.

Over the years I have co-written a web application with supporting database for managing Shared iPads in education. Other projects are a web based application for assessment in response to the UK government's policy of removing level descriptors from the National Curriculum, the school Intranet, touch screen information kiosks for students, an achievements and rewards system and have developed for both SharePoint and Umbraco CMS.
