With 23 years of service in 29 Commando Regiment, operating in some of the world’s most demanding environments, I bring a wealth of experience in survival, bushcraft, and extreme adventure. My career has taken me across the globe, mastering the skills needed to thrive in the harshest conditions.

As the founder of South West Survival, I now dedicate my time to teaching essential survival and bushcraft skills, helping others develop resilience, self-reliance, and confidence in the great outdoors. From primitive fire-starting to advanced navigation, I deliver hands-on, no-nonsense training for everyone, from beginners to seasoned adventurers.

My expertise has also been tested on screen, appearing on survival TV shows such as Naked and Afraid and Naked Alone and Racing to Get Home, where I put my skills to the ultimate test under extreme conditions.
