A long time Charleston resident, Steven P. Levesque has deep experience in the aviation industry. A graduate of the University of North Carolina Naval Reserve Officers Training Corps (NROTC), he served on active duty for several years before transitioning to the reserves.

His aviation background dates back to 1995, and he has served in numerous leadership capacities in the last 20 years. Highlights include CFO of an $850 million revenue aerospace company and most recently serving as CEO of a new general aviation services company and Fixed Base Operation (FBO) platform with capabilities in aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) and Aircraft Charter and Management (ACM). Steven Levesque’s international experience includes development and management projects in India, Europe and the Middle East.

Steven Levesque recently launched a new platform, Global Aviation Infrastructure LLC, to provide management and advisory services for corporations, airport sponsors, and private equity firms and financial institutions. Focus areas include development and operations of airport infrastructure in the FBO, MRO and ACM areas as well as the development of airport facilities. The company is based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.

In terms of professional organizations, Steve Levesque belongs to the American Association of Airport Executives, the International Aviation Club of Washington, DC, and the National Air Transport Association (NATA). He sits on the latter group’s President’s Council and supports NATA by discussing aviation policy matters with members of Congress and their staffs. He is also a member of the Wings Club.
