I write cookbooks, create recipes, offer change suggestions as well as read and review books for other authors. Right now I'm working on my 2nd book from the series Think With Your Taste Buds as well as an e-book which will be made up of reviews and the author's favorite recipe. I maintain 5 sites all dealing with food in some way and enjoy every minute of what I do. Oh yeah, did I mention that I work a full time job too.
