I am a Social Business Strategist based in the UK, but working with organisations worldwide. Focused on enabling change within the Enterprise, through the values that underpin Social Business - transparency, sharing/collaboration, authenticity, and trust.
I am excited about the application of new behaviours, structures, and technologies to help change and disrupt the traditional beliefs, processes and work practices within organisations.
With expertise that straddles the worlds of technology and business consultancy, I consult for organisations on both short- and long-term engagements.
I am a member of the Change Agents Worldwide collective and owner/director of Social 365 (previously Collaboration Matters).
I am also Chairman of Social Connections - the IBM Social Business user group (meeting next in Prague in June 2014 - join us!).
I blog at a number of sites - primarily at my own site and at Jive News. I am in the process of launching a new business travel blog - The Tech Traveller.
Lastly, I'm a co-presenter of This Week in Lotus - an occasional roundtable discussion of all things IBM Collaboration Solutions.
