I'm a huge F1 fan, and long suffering supporter of West Bromwich Albion. I have an obsession with NCIS and Costa Coffee.

I've got a presence on most Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Foursquare, UnTappd, LinkedIn) but not Instagram. I've got security concerns so most social media is locked down for privacy - best way to connect with me is via LinkedIn.

I'm into running, love lighthouses and live about as far away from my two favourite places in the UK that's it's practical to be (that's Aberaeron and Southwold, by the way).

I've worked in IT for 22 years, working my way up from a Support Assistant to Service Delivery Manager. I'm a tinkerer who loves fixing things, even when it's not my job to do that!
