Suchismita Banerjee

I pride myself as an absolute survivor. I have always done things people considered impossible for me to do. From the minute I was born to date, I have only surprised people with my risk taking abilities. The doctor was surprised as I was born, my family till date wonders what is that keeps me going, my friends often think how I do things the way I do, most people wonder how I live my life the way I live. But the most important part here is ‘to live life’!!! Life is a surprise and that’s where I live it from. Life is all about living, so just live it.

I am a third generation Delhi-based Bengali. I did my post graduation diploma in Public Relations after pursuing my honours graduation degree in Political Science.

Life always gave me opportunities to do many things at the same time. While I was completing my higher education, I had the privilege of tutoring many primary school students, doing my first job as a HR Summer Trainee and being elected twice to serve successful terms in the College Students’ Union as Treasurer and Vice President respectively.

While waiting for my graduation results, I stepped into the 9 to 6 grind with my first full time job as a Receptionist, and later promoted to be a Secretary. I pursued my post graduation along side. Being a secretary, however, never motivated me and very soon I found myself in the logistics industry doing customer service, then moved to account management and sales. I worked for over 15 years in many MNC and Indian companies within the Logistics industry, be it Relocations or Express or Freight Forwarding, before I thought of changing roles. It was about time to be an “Entrepreneur” but “An Entrepreneur Always in Making”. Always in making will always keep learning alive for me and that’s how I want to live my life till I breathe my last.
