I believe that each of us creates our own personal learning narrative. This cannot be scripted from the outside, but educators can contribute to the storyboard through clarification and connection. My goal is to find the sweet spot between radical constructivism and traditional instructivism -- where learning environments become 'possibility spaces'. Whether working with colleagues or students, I strive for an active leader/learner partnership which results in meaningful and enduring learning.
