Sultan also works with groups such as the Dominion Toastmasters, the American Society for Training and Development, Southeastern Virginia Chapter (ASTD SEVA), Hampton Roads Society for Human Resource Management (HRSHRM) and the Norfolk State University Career Services Department and has placed over 100 transitioning Veterans and Career Professionals into their chosen careers.

Sultan’s leadership also extends into the local community. He recently served as the facilitator for First Baptist Church Berkley’s Social Media Saturday. He has served on the Boards of SEVA ASTD, Urban League of Hampton Roads Young Professionals & is an advisor to the ClubCorp Town Point Club Young Professionals' Group. He is a graduate (2010) of Norfolk State University & The George Washington University.
