I'm the Director of Outreach for Columbia University's Department of Astronomy. I will talk your ear off about anything and everything in the Universe if you will let me.

I'm also transitioning into a life of science communication and freelance science writing having already dipped my toes in the pool via The Atlantic, Smithsonian, Scientific American, Slate, Nautilus, CUNY, and Disney Junior.

In all my spare time, I help out at The Rachel Maddow Show as their in-house astrophysicist.

And if I have any time left over, I spend it bringing astronomy and fashion together as a co-founder of STARtorialist.
