Susan Eichhorn Young

I am a voice teacher, singer/chanteuse, actor, voice over actor, audiobook narrator, writer/blogger and director! Whew! No wonder I am tired! I am currently writing a book based on my worldwide read blog "Once More With Feeling" www.susan-oncemorewithfeeling.blogspot.com I base my work out of New York City - where I have a midtown voice studio working with singers, actors and dancers on voice and performance in music theatre, opera, cabaret, jazz and pop/rock/R&B.; I have a satellite voice studio in Toronto Ontario Canada and I travel to different cities worldwide to offer workshops, masterclasses and intensives working private sessions with singers! My father instilled my love of theatre, of teaching, and of writing. He continues to inspire me daily through the life of his spirit in my work. I am married to a marvellous tenor, Thomas Young, and am a mother to a talented singer/actor, Erin Elizabeth Eichhorn who is making her way in this business!!! I guess she came by that honestly! I wear many hats, am always creating, love to laugh, drink wine and am fiercely loyal to those I love. I devour books of all kinds, and believe life is to be lived in the brightest array of colours and hues. There is nothing gray or beige in my world!
