Sushil Gupta CT

A graduate of India’s Maharishi Dayanand University, where he earned his MD, Dr. Sushil Gupta has nearly 20 years of experience practicing medicine in CT. He began his medical career as a pulmonary physician at the Cardiothoracic and Vascular Group, PC located in New Haven. In addition to treating patients with respiratory tract infections, Dr. Sushil Gupta was also responsible for giving lectures to members of the medical staff, as well as teaching doctors in training.

In 2004 Gupta became the Medical Director of Pulmonary Care, PC, which he held for just over a year. Today he works at the Hamden Sleep Disorders Centers of CT. In his current role, he is primarily responsible for handling the Center’s day-to-day business operations, which includes hiring, preparation of policy and procedure manuals, as well as managing the Center’s overall growth.

Outside of his working life, Dr. Gupta enjoys playing tennis, jogging, and spending quality time with his family. He also enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
