I have been a hairdresser for 32 years and for the past three years I have been teaching yoga. It's a priviledge and an honor to have the trust of people when they are working on both their inner and outer selves.

I have become fascinated by the changes in the mind-body interaction as people develop more wisdom as they move along the path of life.

I believe that beauty comes from the inside out. We can tweak the outside. We can enhance our strengths. But beauty is more than just a hairstyle or makeup. Real beauty shows through when we embraces who we are.
