Swarandeep is passionate about solving complex problems in large markets, particularly within the field of sustainability. He enjoys working closely with entrepreneurs at UNLEASH to help build real value in companies.
Swarandeep began his career in venture capital with Axon Partners Group, through the firm's India Opportunities Fund (IOF). IOF invested in five companies across stages and sectors in the past ten years, with several exits. He was also a key member of Axon's pan-EU Fund-of-VC-Funds, Aurora from 2017 to 2018.
Swarandeep also sits on the Board of Initiative: Eau and previously sat on the board of NxtGen Technology Pte. Limited and IMI INVESTMENTS TWO LTD. He was a Board Observer at NxtGen Data Center & Cloud Services, Captronic Systems, and Ampere Vehicles Pvt. Ltd.
He previously held positions at BlackRock and Sapient. Swarandeep holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Delhi University, multiple fellowships from StartingBloc, Startup Leadership Program, and Climate Reality Leadership Corps. He is a Global Shaper, an initiative of the World Economic Forum.
