Shaping Women in STEM in Africa
SWIS Africa is an initiative founded with the purpose of celebrating, promoting, and shaping women in STEM. Currently, there about 30% of women researchers and we hope to increase this through strategic mentorship programs, regular training and strengthening collaboration amidst women in the space. he organization aims to celebrate more than 20 women in STEM in the next 6 months and facilitate 5 online trainings on Shaping Women in STEM.
