Philippe Van Eerdenbrugghe

I'm Philippe aka systho. I'm a software engineer, ruby and js developer, Linux sysadmin.

After a start in teaching and 5 years developing in ruby on my pet projects I finally chose to write ruby for a living.

I see software engineering as a craft sitting between the art of understanding problems and the science of solving them.

When I am not writing software or drinking coffee, I enjoy role playing games and live action role play. I do my share of sports between skydiving, swimming, running and I strongly believe in biking being the best transport mode in big cities.
