I am an educator at Harrington Elementary in Albion, MI, where I am a reading specialist, after being an elementary classroom teacher for many years.

Currently, I am serving on the Michigan Reading Association Board in several capacities as an avenue to promote literacy and am a member of NCTE. I was a co-founder of nErDCampMI.
