Tad Hoehl

An experienced businessman and aquatic director, Tad Hoehl serves as the founder and President of At Home Aquatics in Scottsdale, Arizona. Since founding the aquatic facility in 2007, Hoehl has overseen all aspects of daily operations, including hiring staff. He also schedules swimming lessons and handles various accounting responsibilities, including payroll, bookkeeping, and various Human Resource duties.

Tad Hoehl first became involved with the aquatics industry in 2004, when he joined the Greater Burlington YMCA as the Aquatics Director. Serving in this capacity for four years, Hoehl managed every facet of the swimming and aquatics programs, including finance, marketing, and operations. He completed a variety of training programs with the organization and helped raise more than $60,000 during his tenure.

Hoehl became deeply involved with his family's philanthropic efforts. The son of Robert and Cynthia Hoehl, he joined the board of directors for the Hoehl Family Foundation in 2006. In this position, he performs site visits and conducts research to ensure the organization's donation funds are efficiently and effectively allocated. Hoehl also works as a property manager of local real estate, where he supervises projects and devises property management strategies. He gained his initial exposure to real estate as an assistant property manager with MSPS.

Tad Hoehl graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor of arts in marketing. A stellar student, he earned a spot on the honor roll each semester, won the Marking Mind Scholarship Award, and belonged to the Alpha Kappa Psi Business Fraternity. He also played varsity basketball throughout his academic career, beginning in high school, and continues to play in his free time. He shares his life with his beautiful wife Jessica Hoehl.
