Talia J. Medina is a multimedia journalist living in Jerusalem. She graduated from the University of Florida's award-winning College of Journalism and Communications with a degree in telecommunication-news (broadcast journalism) as well as minors in Spanish and theater.
After graduating, she interned with South Florida's largest circulating newspaper, the Pulitzer Prize-winning Sun Sentinel. While there, Talia balanced her time between the Spanish paper and the Lifestyle section, giving her a chance to interview artists like Flosstradamus and What So Not, take photos of art shows and cover the local culture of Fort Lauderdale in two languages.
When not on her journalistic beat, Talia is tuned into her headphones, constantly jamming out and exploring new sounds. She plans build her brand combining her multimedia skills with her passion for music working for a digital media publication focused on news, music and culture.
