Alongside, she is also serving a major role as an Executive Editor of joyofkosher.com, which was founded by her. It is also the largest online Jewish food community of the world.
Tamar Genger stared her career as a dietician and worked with several distinguished firms like American Dietetic Association, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and Food and Culinary Professionals dietetic practice groups, University of Maryland in College Park and others. She also got Young Dietitian of the Year Award from the District of Columbia Metropolitan Area Dietetic Association. She also worked as a Project Coordinator for Center for Science in the Public Interest.
