Living life as purposefully as possible is not always an easy task. Living a life that is good by choice might be even harder, but I'm striving to do that.

I am currently the Chief Executive Officer for Ronald McDonald House Charities® Toronto (RMHC Toronto). Keeping families of seriously ill children together and close to the care they need.

RMHC Toronto is part of a network of 15 Ronald McDonald Houses across Canada. We provide a safe place to stay together for families of children who are seriously ill and being treated at nearby hospitals.

Just prior, I spent nine years as the Chief Development & Partnerships Officer with Food Banks Canada leading the food/supply chain, and revenue generation portfolios.

I've been fortunate to have a 24 year career in the social sector working in support of incredible causes, both in progressively senior roles and as a management consultant. I've built knowledge and developed skills and expertise in:
* Organizational development with a focus on governance, planning + policy development,
* Team development, facilitation + systems change,
* Strategic + integrated fund/marketing/communications/brand development including working with over 500 national and multi-national companies to achieve ESG/CSR/SDG/Employee engagement, cause marketing, sponsorship + philanthropy,
* Project management + implementation
* Product development, acquisition + supply chain management,
* Deep listening and engagement strategies including storytelling, facilitation + conflict resolution.

With a deep love + commitment to building a resilient + agile social sector, I enjoy working with donors to collaborate and build solutions to address our largest social challenges.

I am a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), Certified Sustainability Practitioner (CSR-P), have completed the Global Competent Board's designation in ESG (GCB.D), AFP Master Trainer + was named a ROB Best Executive for 2020.

I'm a mom to 5, Bubbie to 3 + partner and wife to David.
