I work as a business consultant, facilitator and coach. I offer presence and support in times of reflection and recreation.

I also enjoy to design inspiring learning communities in social media and in real life.

Together with Martin Röll I run a German-Finnish facilitation and consulting company that senses into the potential of groups and organisations and helps them find power and take clear action.

I'm inclined to work with value driven, environmentally and socially aware businesses.
