Tanya Monsef is an executive coach and business consultant. She designs leadership training, leads workshops, provides one-on-one coaching, and facilitates conversations for clients around the world with a focus on gender equity.

Tanya has a background of 25+ years of Silicon Valley high tech, startups and non-profit business success in the areas of finance, marketing and strategy.

Tanya previously served as Executive Director & Board Chair for the Global Women’s Leadership Network (GWLN), a women’s leadership organization empowering women who are solving the world’s most challenging problems.
She is an adjunct professor in the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University (SCU), CA.

Tanya is active in various community programs and non-profits. Currently she serves on the Board for My Own Business Institute (MOBI), the SCU Board of Fellows, and Readability Matters. She is a global advisor for How Women Lead and was co-founder of SF Turkish Women’s International Network chapter.

She has been named Outstanding Female Executive in Silicon Valley by the YWCA and a Woman of Influence in Silicon Valley by the San Jose Business Journal.
