Greetings, I’m Tanyah.

I am a native Floridian living in New York / USA! I am interested in a variety of areas to include: feminism, diversity, equity and inclusion, technology, social justice, design (creative, web and graphic), interfaith and faith-based initiatives, distance learning, leadership & student development, student activities and higher education access. I am best described as a mentor, advisor, advocate, techie, dreamer, event planner, go-getter, graphic and web designer and Student Affairs Professional.

I am an alum of the University of Florida (Go Gators) and the University of South Florida (Go Bulls).

I currently work at Binghamton University (Go Bearcats) as Associate Director of Operations for the Division of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. I have previously worked in Residential Life, Graduate School recruitment, Civic Engagement, Communications & Marketing, Educational Opportunity Program, Fraternity & Sorority Life, Interpersonal Violence Prevention, and Parent and Family Programs. I have worked in student affairs and higher education for about eleven years and have loved every moment of it.

In my free time I also work as a graphic designer for Noelle Ivey Designs and serve in a number of volunteer roles:
