At the heart of it all, I'm a problem-solver which is really just about asking the right questions.

I support the creative entrepreneurship of people in the global community through programs aimed at building and promoting professional web platforms using a combination of technology and personal development.

In 2002 I left my budding IT career in California to move to my husband's native Turkey. My struggle to find a suitable job in the small town where we settled quickly turned into a devastating identity crisis. The stress of taking on the wrong jobs was making me chronically ill.

Discovering the possibilities of using the web to do business helped me overcome my isolation and also gave me the platform to realize my untapped potential. The social web became a lifeline - a personal and professional survival tool - for me to develop myself and discover the depths of my capacity. Building my personal business brought about healing.

In the scope of my work as a creative catalyst I am actively involved in these projects:

Global Niche – Initiated in 2011, Global Niche is dedicated to the creative self-enterprise of global souls through an email blog, development programs, and a community of global citizens.

Linqto and Linqto Turkiye – As vice president of business development for this Facebook application I get to work with people all over the world to come up with ways to fit live web broadcasting into their web platforms.

Kadinlar Arasi – With its economic status just upgraded to investment level, it's an exciting time to be in Turkey. I'm lucky to work on a team providing opportunities to women entrepreneurs here.

Coaching and Consulting – We pick two points on your life/work map: where you are and where you want to go, then we work together to get you there.
