Tara Busch

Tara is part of the collective I Speak Machine with film maker and designer, Maf Lewis. She is known for her vivid, spellbinding voice and dark, synth-laden live film scores.
In 2009, Tara released her debut album "Pilfershire Lane" on Tummy Touch records, which was also released as a rare, limited edition box set. She has also created official remixes for Annie Lennox, Gazelle Twin, Bat For Lashes, iamamiwhoami & John Foxx.
Recently, Tara has turned her attention towards live film scores and her work with I Speak Machine, creating sci-fi horror short films such as The Silence & their period horror film Zombies 1985. They supported Gary Numan in 2016 on his US & UK tours screening their films with live score performance. The soundtracks for both films are available on Lex Records.
Tara currently has a plethora of new projects in the works, including her first full length studio album in 10 years. 2019 will also see Tara creating the score for the groundbreaking graphic novel & feature film “STRATA", with Maf Lewis, Tommy Lee Edwards and Lex Projects.
