Tarah Kutch

A Baltimore native, Tarah Kutch graduated from George Washington Carver Center for the Arts and Technology in Towson, Maryland. In May of 2006, she completed her Bachelor's of Arts degree in English from Morgan State University in Baltimore, and in August of 2006, Ms. Kutch obtained a position teaching high school English at Chesapeake High School, the first STEM academy in Baltimore County Maryland. In January of 2009, Ms. Kutch completed her Maryland State teaching certification and began a Master's of Science program in Educational Administration at Morgan State University. In the spring of 2011, Ms. Kutch earned her first leadership position as Department Chair at Western School of Technology and Environmental Science. Ms. Kutch is slated to complete her Master's Degree in December of 2012 and is expected to begin a Doctoral Program in Education in the fall 2014.
