My work history started in the automotive industry. First doing auto body at a dealership then suspension and brakes at a chain shop. During this time I had also done custom stereo installs. In the fall of 96 I started attending CSU, Sacramento studying Mechanical Engineering. While attending CSUS I had the pleasure of working in the technicians shop where I learned about machining and working with various machine tools. I joined CSUS chapter of SAE and participated in the formula project. Also, while I attended college my parents owned a few rental properties that I performed maintenance on. My knowledge of home repairs grew during this time. I performed repairs to plumbing, electrical, flooring, walls, and structure.

Upon finishing college I worked various jobs in different industries. I worked in construction during the summer and worked almost always as a mechanic. I got hired on with the City of Sacramento in 2005 and that year is when my computer knowledge really expanded. I always considered myself a below average computer user, then I purchased my first computer. It had a TV tuner and from there it all began. I started to teach myself on all aspects of computers software, hardware, networking, and programming. Now I am the IT guy for many of my friends and family.

I take pride in being able to diagnose and fix what is fixable. My education and work have layed the foundation for me to be succed in any trade. My current main interest is in computers. I really want to be working in IT.
